The Venture Capital Investment Model Agreements (VIMA) were jointly developed by the Singapore Academy of Law and the Singapore Venture Capital & Private Equity Association, together with a working group of prominent law and VC firms. They aim to streamline the deal negotiation process for both founders and investors.
